At Tallas Pumps, you can exchange or return a product within 30 days after delivery. It is important that the product is complete and unused. One of the things we offer is the time to reconsider, even if you already have the product in your possession.

How can I return something?

If you don't have an account, follow the steps below:

  • Initiate your return via the return form.

  • You will receive a return label and RMA return form via email.

  • Place the received RMA return form in the box and return the product in the original packaging.

  • Attach the return label to the box and drop it off at a DPD parcel point near you.

  • Always keep the shipping proof.

  • Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, we will process it, and you will receive an automatic notification.

If you have an account, go to "My account," log in, and navigate to returns to submit a new return request.

The entire process of returning and exchanging takes an average of 7 working days.

When can I return something?

If a product is not to your satisfaction or you no longer need it, and the product is unused and in its original packaging, you can choose to return or exchange it within 30 days. Options include:

  • Returning the product and receiving a refund

  • Exchanging the product for another with possible additional payment or partial refund

My money has not been refunded yet, why?

If your money has not been refunded yet, it may be because your return has not been processed. Once the return is processed, we initiate the refund, which may take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.

Do I have to pay for my return?

No, we provide you with a return label free of charge after the return request is made.

What is the return address?

When you want to return your product, you will receive a return label with the correct return address from us. Please initiate your return via the online return form.

What happens after I have sent my return?

After you have sent your return package, it will be processed in our warehouse, and you will receive a notification within a few days.

  • If you have requested a refund, it will be visible in your account within a few working days. The refund is automatically transferred to the account used for the product purchase.

  • If you have requested to receive another product, we will contact you if necessary.

How can I track my return shipment?

You can track your return package with the shipping proof. Once we receive it, we will process and notify you. If you have chosen a refund, you will automatically receive a credit note and a notification that your return request has been closed after processing.

What are the return conditions?

You can initiate a return within 30 days. Complete the process through the return form. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Note: for ordered packages, the entire package must be returned.

To be eligible for a full refund, it is important to treat the product the same way you would inspect it in a store. For example, with a washing machine: you can view it in the store, but you cannot use it.

When does the withdrawal period expire?

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you physically received the product.

My product was delivered damaged, what now?

If you have received a damaged product, we will do everything to resolve it quickly. We may send you a replacement part or a replacement product. This process is expedited if we receive photos of the damaged product in advance. Email the photos to info@tallaspumps.com, including your order number and name.

Can I try out the product?

You can handle the product as you would in a store. This means you can inspect it but not use it. For example, with a washing machine: you can view it in the store, but you cannot wash with it.

What happens if I want to return a used/tested product?

If the product is used/tested, please contact our customer service. Provide the order number and photos of the used pump. We will assess the photos to determine if the product can be returned and determine any depreciation.

My product no longer works, can I request a return?

If the product no longer works, we ask you to send a video and photos to info@tallaspumps.com. Also, fill out our online warranty form. Based on this information, we will determine the best and quickest solution for you.

What does depreciation mean?

Depreciation may be applied according to the general terms and conditions. It occurs when the product is used in a way that goes beyond what is possible in a store. For example, with a washing machine, which you can view in the store but cannot use. Depreciation varies from 10% to 100% of the product's value and is based on the costs to restore the product to a saleable condition.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only possible if your package has not yet been processed at our warehouse. If this is the case, you can refuse the order at the door. Please inform us of the refusal so that we can refund you once the product is returned.

Can I exchange my product?

You can indicate in the online return form whether you want to exchange a product for another. Specify the desired product in the return request.

If the price of your original order is lower:

If the product's price is lower than your current order, we will refund the difference to you.

If the price of your original order is higher:

Once we receive your return, we will send you a payment link for the remaining amount. Once we receive the payment, we will ship the desired product.

Why was not everything I returned refunded?

If you have not received the full refund, it may be because part of the return has not been processed at our warehouse. Once processed, it will be refunded.

Depreciation may be applied when the product is used or not returned in its original packaging. This will always be communicated with you.

If you have ordered a package (e.g., a pump with a hose) and returned only part of it, a reconciliation will take place.

What are the consequences of the withdrawal?

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such a refund. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are at our expense. We provide you with a return label from carrier DPD, allowing you to return the goods free of charge.

You have the right to return via another carrier at your own initiative, but in that case, the return costs are at your expense.

You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
