Creating an account comes with numerous benefits, making it easier for you to place orders, facilitate product returns, and always find all information in your account. Below are frequently asked questions about an account.

How do I create an account

You can easily create an account by clicking on the icon " " in the upper right corner. Fill in your personal details and click "Create account". Or create an account during checkout.

Only orders placed after creating an account are visible. Unfortunately, previous orders or orders placed when not logged in cannot be added.

Why create an account?

Creating an account has many advantages:

  • Easier order placement

  • Manage your orders and returns more easily

  • Register more than one address

  • Quick access to shipping details to track your order

  • Manage your order, invoice, and return in one place

I can't log into my account, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" You will automatically receive an email from us to reset your password. Note: this email may end up in your Spam inbox.

If this doesn't work, no problem! Contact us, and we can easily reset your password.

If your account has not been used for an extended period, it may be blocked. We recommend creating a new account.

Can I place an order without an account?

You can also easily place an order without an account. If you decide to create an account later, please note that previous orders will not be visible in your account.

Can I create an account during checkout?

Yes, you can also create an account during checkout. After entering your details and shipping address, you can choose to create an account, or continue without one.

I have an account; how do I check the status of my order?

When you have an account, you can track your order under "My orders." You will see the status change from the time of ordering to the moment of delivery. Below are the different statuses explained:

  • In process: your order has been received and will be forwarded to the warehouse within 15-30 minutes

  • Processing: your order has been forwarded to the warehouse and will be shipped the same day (if ordered before 17:00, excluding Saturday and Sunday)

  • Processing - External warehouse: the ordered product is sent directly from the supplier and is currently being processed by the supplier

  • Completed: your order has been shipped, and you will receive an email with the tracking information

  • Canceled: there was an issue with the payment; the payment will be refunded to your account within a few days. This may be related to an incorrect reference number entered for a bank transfer

  • Closed: your order has been returned to us, and we have initiated the refund process; it usually takes 2-3 working days for this to be visible in your account.
